Combing Images in a Creative Way

   In class today we started a tutorial in photoshop and are learning how to combine multiple photos and details into our photos by using layers, learning how to use the selection tool, adding to it, creating certain shapes to get rid of and add. We also are using the brush tool on the layer mask to help conceal or blend certain parts of our images into our final look. 

This was the final product of the tutorial we did in class before creating our own. 

This is my original photo I created of the moment before the meteor hit when the dinosaurs were still alive. I was letting the audience see and feel the way it looked before it went to chaos. I had used the selection tool to pick the forest background and putting it over the volcano background. I used the transparent section to let the photos of the Dinos and meteor and used the move tool to move them into the places I had wanted them in. Then I went in with the solid color fill and placed it over the whole image to let it darken it and look like how it would if the volcano was erupting.
