Illustrator Shapes and Tracing

 Part one: Today in class we worked on adobe illustrator and learned how to use the line segment tool and create lines and how to edit them to create a tree trunk, and branches and give it a bottom color.

Part two: We learned in adobe how to trace an object with the lasso tool, move it to a new design and then how to change the color. 



Part Three: We then combined tool to create an image like the one they had provided, learning how to remove shapes and how to combine shapes.

 First in class we played around in Adobe Illustrator and went in and clicked the learn tab and followed a tutorial of how to make a logo here is the one from the tutorial:

Pizza Slice Design

 Today in class we learned how to use adobe illustrator! We got to make a pizza slice and used tools like the shape tool where we learned how to get rid of and add sides to a shape. We also learned how to create a gradient color and how to fill our shapes that we created. Here is my pizza slice I created!

UPDATE: Today in Class we added and created a cheese drip and added text to finish the design. Then we added it to a business card and a shirt to show off the design. We learned a lot with the new design tools like the shape creator tool. We also learned how to create libraries of our colors and work to help us in further designs.
