I believe I deserve full credit for the Initiative section because in my group I always stepped up and took on more than my other group mates. I volunteer to help others in my class. I also believe I deserve full credit for the jobknolwdge section because I am a very quick learner and can apply our new learned skills very quickly with other projects, I only need supervision when it is our first day learning something and we might go a little faster than some students need. The planning and organization section should get full credit because I am very organized and work as hard as I can and get as much done in our classes and projects. Problem solving is a better one for me because I am very quick to try new things and get past an obstacle like in our graphic novel groups we had a problem with the backgrounds and characters not being on the same computer and didn't know how to get them in the edited form to the other computer. I suggested we use to Airdrop between the two computers because when we used email it compressed the photo and it didn't let me edit it. Quality I should deserve full credit because with what I am given I try to create and export the most quality as I can. My example above with the email and backgrounds for our graphic novel help show how obsessed with quality. I didn't want to have a compressed weird version for our background and found a way to get it to be the quality our group envisioned it to be.
